Apologies for the last minute downtime. The missing media issue turns out to be a complex problem that needs a complete rebuild of the mastodon instance to force a reload of the offending javascript. Assuming all goes well we should be back in about 20 minutes.

With the database restore complete, the last task is to rebuild the user home feeds. This should take a little under 2 hours before I can make the service live again.
The backup of the server and migration to Scaleway is essentially complete. 250GB of media files, and 100GB of database are up and running. The database restore is currently rebuilding indexes, which will take some time, and until then there's nothing left to do but get some sleep.
